Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always been fascinated with technology. Whether it was taking apart the remote, or ripping open a gameboy color (let me just cry internally for a minute), I was always looking inside of every bit of hardware I could get my hands on. As I grew older we used computers in school and at home more and more. Even the game consoles I was playing on had some sort of computer in them.
When I finally hit my teens, I learned that there is “code” behind EVERYTHING. Don’t believe me? Look it up. Even modern cars have a computer that is running based off of some programming language. When I learned just how invasive this code was, I was amazed at the possibilities. We can automate, design, animate, and even write self-replicating code. Awesome Inc. Bootcamp was an opportunity for both learning and honing my skills.
